Super User Access, Signal Status, and Account Updates
Admin controls, signal status, grant visibility in Account View, and new FOIA contract date filters.
This release gives you more control over workspace setup, clearer signal follow-through, and more funding and contract context inside core workflows.
Admins can now manage teammates directly, signals can carry a status, grants now appear in the Account View, and FOIA automation results support contract date filtering.
This helps you verify team setup faster, track outreach progress more clearly, and focus on the right accounts and renewal windows.
1. Super User Access gives admins direct team controls
Admins can now manage every member from Settings → Members.
Open the three-dot (…) menu next to any teammate to impersonate that user, reset their password by email, or reset their password directly. These controls are visible only to admins.
While impersonating, you can review and fix a teammate’s business context, integrations, notifications, territories in Accounts, signals, vendor contracts, and automations. This is the fastest way to confirm each person is fully set up after you invite them.
Coming soon: A future v2 will let admins push items to everyone’s account in bulk or one-off, including signal templates, signals, and accounts.

2. Track follow-up with signal status
Signals now carry a status you can set and filter by.
You can use status to separate new signals from signals your team has already worked. Documented values include acknowledged and reached out.
You can also filter the Feed by status alongside recency, account type, data type, institution, state, and signal template. This keeps signals tied to follow-through instead of leaving them as passive alerts.
3. Grants now appear in the Account View
Grant data now shows directly in the Account View.
You can now review grant funding activity alongside signals, contacts, contracts, RFPs, and press activity for an account.
Recent or pending technology, STEM, data, or cloud grants can signal budget availability. Seeing that context inside the account helps you time and justify outreach without leaving the page.
4. Filter FOIA automations by contract start and end date
FOIA automation results can now be filtered by contract start date and contract end date.
These filters work alongside the existing filters for status, vendor, product, and date range.
This makes it easier to focus on contracts inside a specific renewal window and prioritize the freshest expiring opportunities.
