Every buying signal at NationGraph starts the same way: as raw, unstructured data scattered across hundreds of thousands of government websites.

Meeting minutes, budget documents, purchase orders, RFPs, YouTube recordings of board meetings. Collecting it is hard. Making sense of it is harder.

That's the problem Luis Bariuan and Justin Bax work on every day. Justin, a software engineer from the University of Waterloo, builds the data pipelines that crawl and ingest government content at scale. Luis, an ML engineer with a physics background from MIT and UC Berkeley, builds the models that transform that raw content into qualified buying signals.

"There's just so much information available out there that can help you get leads, but there's just so much to go through that the only way you can possibly go through it all is by having a system that gathers everything and transforms it into a signal."
