Description
New Construction of a two story, approx. 22,000 SF, mass timber hybrid structure. The new building will include staff offices and student classrooms supporting culinary arts, motor skill development and other student programming. Site improvements include onsite parking, bike racks, pedestrian ramps, outdoor patio and permanent pathways linking to the adjacent main campus of Whatcom Community College BP-17 Gypsum board assemblies and acoustical ceilings. BP-18 Acoustic wall and ceiling treatments.
