Kroger Site Work - Kroger (owner) in conjunction with Collins and Arnold (GC) requests bids from WV licensed contractors for the following Site Work Scope of Services – Erosion Control, Water Distribution, Site Sanitary, Storm Drainage and Underground Detention Systems, Curb & Gutter, and Site Sidewalks related to the development of a new Kroger store located at 5th Avenue & 24th Street.
