2026 Roadway Reconstruction & Water Main - Pratt Blvd

Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing and installation of replacement materials including but not limited to watermain; trench backfill; valves and valve vaults; fire hydrant assemblies; water services and b-box assemblies; traffic control/detour; pavement removal and pavement patching; storm sewer removal and replacement; concrete curb and gutter, driveway and sidewalk removal and replacement; and all other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project within Village limits. Bid items 10,593 CY earth excavation; 13,175 SY erosion control blanket; 26,046 SY of 12" agg subgrade improvements; 46,030 SF of 5" portland cement conc sidewalk; 81 SY of 10" cl B patches, ty IV; 67 Ea connection to existing sewer; 1 LS sanitary sewer bypass force main connection; 315' of 8" thermoplastic pav marking line; 50 LF of 4" water main, modified; 120 LF of 24" steel casing; 191 LF of 2" water service line.
