Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) Services for Bid Package #03 Desoto ISD 2025 Bond - (Request for Qualifications)

Provide construction manager-at-risk services for renovations life safety/PA updates; exterior canopy/entrance renovations; library renovations; reception renovations; select fine arts renovations; playground updates; roofing replacement; HVAC updates/replacements. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A pre-proposal meeting was held on 02/12/26 at 4:00 PM at Ruby Young, 707 Young Blvd., DeSoto, TX 75115. All questions must be submitted by Email and received on or before 3:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations Amber Terrace Early Childhood Center, Frank Moates Elementary School, Cockrell Hill Elementary School, West Middle School, Woodridge Elementary School, and The Meadows Elementary School.
