Work includes 105 LF seal random cracks - floor 2; 1 LS joint sealant repair - floor 2; 1 LS concrete sealer - silane - floor 2; 480 SF traffic membrane full system recoat - floor 2; 2 levels repaint traffic markings - floor 1 & 2; 2 SF slab-on-grade repair; 24 SF wall repair - partial depth; 24 SF tee flange repair - partial depth. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Submission Deadline March 6, 2026, 12:00pm. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
