This office is seeking approximately 12,200 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space between 12,000 and 14,000 usable square feet of Client/Customer Service Office in Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Waltham, Wilmington, Winchester, or Woburn for a term of 10 years
