The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2026-02, Newberry SR 26 Elevated Storage Tank. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, March 12, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM EST. Attendance of the in-person Site visit is encouraged but non-mandatory and will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:45 AM EST. The Site visit attendees shall meet at the ***City Yard, 120 NW 260th St, Newberry, Florida 32669.*** Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Monday, February 16, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on Thursday March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop.
