2025 Water and Sewer Upgrades

The project generally consists of the following approximate items:\r \r 1.Installation of approximately 860 LF of 6” water line via open cut,\r 2.Installation of approximately 260 LF of 2” water line via open cut,\r 3.Installation of approximately 220 LF of 6” HDPE water line installed via directional drilling, \r 4.Installation of approximately 5 fire hydrant assemblies,\r 5.Installation of approximately 43 water service reconnections,\r 6.Installation of approximately 1,648 LF of 8” gravity sewer line via open cut (remove and replace),\r 7.Installation of approximately 110 LF of 24” Steel Casing (Jack and Bored) with 8” C900 restrained joint carrier pipe.\r 8.Installation of approximately 55 LF of 20” Steel Casing (Jack and Bored) with 8” C900 restrained joint carrier pipe.\r 9.Installation of approximately 349 LF of 8” cured-in-place gravity sewer pipe (CIPP),\r 10.Installation of approximately 570 LF of 8” HDPE gravity sewer pipe installed via pipe bursting,\r 11.Installation of approximately 9 Manholes,\r 12.Installation of approximately 45 VF of manhole rehabilitation/coating,\r 13.Installation of approximately 33 sewer service reconnections,\r 14.Installation of asphalt paving and concrete sidewalk replacements,\r 15.Installation and maintenance, and removal of erosion control facilities,\r 16.Site restoration activities,\r 17.Other associated appurtenances for a complete and proper installation.
