Description

New construction, type 1, 15-story high-rise with one level below grade. Affordable senior housing with 175 residential units, totaling 140,000 gsf. The project includes a banquet hall & kitchen, community room, offices, outdoor terrace and roof deck in the non-residential areas. SBE / LBE goal of 20% participation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
