Description

The Kansas Department of Transportation ("KDOT") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide assistance in legal and advisory matters relative to the issuance and to advise KDOT on bond disclosure related matters and to assume primary responsibility for drafting Official Statements, both in preliminary and final form, Final Remarketing Memorandums or similar such documents, as applicable to Bonds or KDOT debt restructuring activities as applicable depending on the types of bond or debt restructuring activities and transactions that may be undertaken during the contract period. New money bond transactions tend to range between $200,000,000 and $400,000,000 annually. Other transactions, such as refunds, occur opportunistically depending on market conditions
