Grass Hay Available (42 acres) The City of Adrian is seeking bids to cut and harvest thirty-seven (37) acres of grass hay.  The City reserves the right to limit the harvesting of grass hay to one cutting, dependent on weather and area conditions.  A map of the area is available, and a copy can be obtained at Adrian City Hall. Sealed bids must be received at Adrian City Hall on or before Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. and will be opened at that time. Adrian City Hall 209 Maine Avenue, Suite 106 Adrian, MN  56110 One quote, for all 37 acres, will be awarded after Monday April 27, 2026.  The awarded bidder will sign an agreement indemnifying the city of potential risk.  The bidder will also provide a certificate of insurance which proclaims the City of Adrian as additional insured for liability and worker’s compensation coverage (if worker’s compensation applies).  Payment will be received upon the commencement of the agreement.  The City reserves the right to reject any proposal and to waive for technicalities and irregularities.
