Description

Fleet - HVAC Renovation:This project is located at the Broken Arrow Fleet Maintenance Facility (430 N Pecan Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). The base bid for this project includes a new exhaust system for the entire facility to meet code requirement for a full-service garage facility and an electrical service and gas service upgrade. This project also includes an add alternate 1 for an air curtain system to keep conditioned air inside while large overhead doors are open, and an add alternate 2 to provide air conditioning. There will be an optional pre bid meeting on March 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.BIDS WILL BE OPENED publicly at 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026.
