The Town of Oak Bluffs is seeking proposals from qualified parties for the provision of a marine launch service within its harbor to facilitate the transport of persons to and from vessels to the shore in the southeast corner of the harbor starting Memorial Weekend to Mid-October. This RFP is for a three -year contract
