ITB 2026 Annual Road Resurfacing

The Village of Oswego will be accepting sealed bids for the 2026 Annual Road Resurfacing Project. The electronic bid opening may be accessed by following this link:Oswego Bid Openings Project Title: 2026 Annual Road Resurfacing Project Electronic bids must be submitted to DemandStar (Euna OpenBids) no later than March 19, at 10:00 AM. Hard-copy submittals will not be accepted. Bidders are advised of the following requirements of this contract: 1. Certificate of Insurance will be required to be submitted after the award. 2. Bidders must comply with IDOT requirements Questions regarding this bid opportunity must be in writing and emailed directly to bids@oswegoil.org until March 6th, 3:00 PM local time. Responses will be posted in addendum format by March 11th, 2026, by 5:00 PM. The bidder shall at all times observe and conform to all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the Federal, State, and Village which may in any manner affect the preparation of bids or the performance of the contract.
