The Town of Vail requests Bids for: A 2” mill and asphalt overlay on local neighborhoods roads in Vail, approximately 1,500 tons of asphalt.  The work is located on Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Circle, and Greenhill Court and shall be completed between May 4, 2026, and October 2, 2026. Copies of the Contract Documents are available only by emailing a request to the Town of Vail atcdelles@vail.gov. Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directedIN WRITING ONLYto the Town by E-MAIL:cdelles@vail.gov. All questions shall be directed to the contacts listed above no later than12:00 P.M. Wednesday March 13, 2026. Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders that had requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project no later than Monday morning of bid opening week. No Addenda will be issued later thanMarch 16, 2026, except for an addendum, if necessary, postponing the Bid date or withdrawing the Invitation for Bids.
