Description

The project involves renovating an existing school campus into a new office complex for the public school district. Work includes:converting a cafeteria into a boardroom and office; building new restrooms and plumbing work; painting and new flooring; ADA sidewalk updates; replacing a tpo roof on one building; restoring historic steel windows; pressure washing exterior areas. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
