Community and Watershed Forestry Partnership

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Forestry (BOF), administers the Community and Watershed Forestry (CFW) Partnership Program. BOF aims to expand forest cover, improve water quality, and engage communities across Pennsylvania. The selected Offeror will provide technical assistance, outreach, and on-the-ground implementation of riparian forest buffers, community tree canopy projects, and lawn-to-habitat conversions, while supporting grant programs, education, and compliance with state and federal requirements.There is Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) Participation Goal for this RFP.
