2026 - Fire - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AMBULANCE AND FIRST RESPONDER FEE BILLING SERVICES

The City of Compton, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive ambulance and first responder fee billing services, hereinafter referred to as “Proposer,” to manage all aspects of the billing and collections process for emergency medical Services (EMS) provided by the City, with the goal of maximizing revenue recovery while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations. The awarded Proposer, hereinafter referred to as “Proposer/Contractor” depending on context, will provide the requested services in accordance with the Sample Professional Service Agreement, terms, conditions, and scope of work.” Prior to submitting a Proposal, Proposers are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the Sample Professional Service Agreement and any solicitation attachments/exhibits. The expected term for this engagement will be five (5) years; with one (1) five-year option to renew. The total maximum number of years for this contract is ten (10) years including the renewal option. Ambulance and Billing Fee Services RFP
