Description

4,950 SY of parking lot reconstruction including removals of asphalt (milling), concrete, curb and gutter, sidewalk; 1,145 tons of asphaltic pavement; concrete curb and gutter; concrete sidewalk; 360 LF of 10" water main, 145 LF of 12" water main installation including valves and miscellaneous appurtenances; 346 LF of 12" storm sewer and 96 LF of 18" storm sewer installation including manholes, catch basins, and miscellaneous appurtenances; pavement markings; lighting; erosion and sediment control measures, surface restoration, cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
