Project: 2026 Residential Paving Program Contract ID: 2026-001 Planning Engineer: Paul Goodhue, P.E., PTOE Project Deadline: November 30, 2026 Overview: They City of Wilmington will conduct resurfacing on 9 streets for a total of nearly 30,000 square yards during the 2026 asphalt resurfacing program. A portion of existing curbs and gutter will be replaced and full depth repairs will be completed as directed by the Engineer. The roadways to be resurfaced are: • Charles Street • Paris Avenue • Douglas Street • South Wall Street • Marlena Avenue • Hawley Avenue • Doan Street • South Walnut Street • East Short Street Engineer's Estimate Base Bid: $984,643.00 Engineer's Estimate Alt #1: $169,000.00 Engineer's Estimate Alt#2: $503,880.00
