Description

Contract consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal and replacement of flooring, wall base and accessories. Contractor shall conduct moisture testing on concrete substrate surfaces prior to the installation of new homogonous vinyl tile (hvt) and luxury vinyl tile (lvt) flooring materials. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Q&A deadline 02/27/2026.
