The Town is interested in exploring broker services and networks in an effort to continue a quality insurance program for employees, their dependents, as well as retirees.Brokers interested in being considered for a professional-services arrangement with the Town should respond to this RFP as defined in the RFP materials, which may be obtained from the Town of Normal website at www.normal.org.Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly labeled“Health Insurance Brokerage & Consulting Services”no later than3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Town Clerk’s office, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761.Selection of a professional services vendor for this process will be determined following review of the proposals.
