Qualified firms must possess the technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, relevant references, and prior experience necessary to complete the work described in this Request for Price Quotations (“RFPQ”).The project area, located off of Manhattan Drive in Burlington, is part of a larger wetland complex that has been fragmented over time through the development of Route 127 and other surrounding neighborhoods.
