Description

Property Management Services related to planned right-of-way acquisition for The Portal (also known as the Downtown Rail Extension (DTX)) of the Program from firms (Respondents) with qualifications and expertise in to provide full-service property management services for any occupied properties acquired. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Deadline for questions until February 27, 2026, 2:00 PM. Proposals submitted electronically shall be in Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) and sent via email or file sharing link to RFP@tjpa.org.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
