The City of San Ramon (“ City ”) requests a Statement of Qualifications (“ SOQ ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “ Respondent ” and collectively, “ Respondents ”) for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Consulting Services (“ Services ”). The City requires Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Consulting Services (“ Services ”) to conduct a comprehensive Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Update. This scope covers City programs, policies, facilitates, parks, and transportation infrastructure - including parking lots, streets, intersections and sidewalks - to ensure ADA compliance.
