Consists of procurement and delivery of chip seal oil (LMCRS-2), fog coat emulsion (CSS-1H), and DuraPatch emulsion (CRS-2A). Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Zac Burk, 435-730-5000, no later than 10:00am on March 2nd, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
