Description

Provide construction management services for construction oversight. Scope includes Review architectural design of a roofing and HVAC project; manage CM bidding and construction supervision; and perform CM/GC duties on any other project(s), as assigned by the owner. Completion Five years. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
