Description

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking proposals from individuals or organizations to serve as IEP Facilitators. The role of an IEP Facilitator is to assist local school district’s IEP teams in reaching collaborative decisions with parents and guardians that support positive student outcomes. NHED's Bureau of Special Education Support is responsible for administering the facilitation program, which includes maintaining a request process, assigning facilitators for approved requests, and evaluating the effectiveness of facilitated meetings. IEP Facilitators shall deliver on two priorities—facilitating IEP team meetings when requested and in providing and gathering feedback on the IEP Facilitation program. Addendum
