Blue Ash Recreation HVAC Unit Replacements

The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable HVAC Company to perform two HVAC Unit Replacements, Located at 4343 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publicly bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. This project is estimated to cost $350,000. We are utilizing a Lump Sum Price Contract for this project. Selection will be made based on lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder of the BASE BID. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Friday, March 13, 2026 located at 4433 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242 at 11:00 AM in the Cooper Room. Roof access will be provided and you may bring equipment to best investigate the existing condition to place a complete and accurate bid.
