Description

The City of Capitola invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to provide professional planning, technical analysis, and conceptual design services for development of the Esplanade Park Coastal Access Enhancement & Adaptation Plan.The selected consultant will support technical studies, community engagement support, development of conceptual alternatives, refinement of a preferred concept, and preparation of a regulatory and environmental pathway framework in coordination with City staff.This project is funded through a State Coastal Conservancy planning grant. Consultant services must comply with all applicable State and local procurement and grant requirements.Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via email in accordance with the schedule below.
