Description

Professional engineering services for the work necessary to complete the migration of supervisory control and data acquisition (scada) system from hsq software to vtscada software. The project also includes the design for the replacement of the treatment plant s fiber optic cable network. The project aims to improve efficiency, monitoring, control, and security of the hfc awtp processes by implementing a unified and updated scada system. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
