Description

Provide short-term host homes as an intervention for youth who are currently experiencing homelessness. The goal of short-term host homes is to provide a safe, temporary, welcoming space for an average of six months where the young person, aged 18-24, has time to make decisions about other housing options with the support of a case manager. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline is on March 2, 2026, 2:00pm.
