In accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of an electrical firm for a multi-year contract, subject to annual appropriation, providing on-call electrical services at various town and school buildings within the Town of Franklin. Bids must include a Certificate of Eligibility in Electrical with the latest revised Commonwealth of Massachusetts DCAMM Update Statement
