Work shall include, but not be limited to site improvements, signage, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, interior doors & windows, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
