Description
Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the Fort Ward Water Reservoir Replacement Project on March 5, 2026, until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD Administrative Offices, located at 1431 Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location. Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required for construction of a concrete reservoir. The project also includes installation of new water main, valves, and appurtenances as needed to connect the new reservoir to the South Bainbridge Water System and to bypass the existing reservoir, and minor improvements to the access around the proposed tank and onsite stormwater dispersion trench. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "Kitsap Public Utility District". Plans and specifications are on file at Kitsap PUD, 1431 Finn Hill Road, (P.O. Box 2910), Poulsbo, WA 98370, copies may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of $150 each between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday by appointment.
