Description

Perform building envelope and attic modernization including Masonry and pilaster repairs, exterior soffit and sheet metal fascia replacement, roof edge reconstruction, attic insulation upgrades, vapor barrier improvements, limited structural reinforcement, pest remediation, and exterior improvements. Two optional pre-bid walk-throughs are scheduled for the following dates. Contractors are encouraged to, but need not attend, a walk-through in order to be eligible to bid. February 25, 2026 at 2:30 PM March 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Walk-through check-in will be immediately inside the Elementary School main entry door at 18 Twin Lakes Rd, Winthrop, WA. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
