Description

Work consist of carefully remove five (5) existing storefront window assemblies, including glass, frames, and hardware, furnish and install five (5) complete, energy efficient window systems with black anodized finish to match existing breezeway storefront systems. Include high performance insulated glazing with lowemissivity (low-e) coating to minimize heat gain in the summer, reduce heat loss in the winter, and allow for optimal visible light transmission, insulated glass units, sealants/flashing galvanized sheet flashing, waterproof and vapor-proof barrier (example bituthene), backer rod, and caulking. See attached file. Q&A deadline is on 03/12/26 by 2:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
