Description

The Department of Public Works is seeking qualification packages from General Contractors interested in bidding on the Marin County Civic Center Chilled Water Plant Replacement project. The scope of work will entail the replacement of the chilled water plant system components, including but not limited to the chillers, pumps, piping and cooling towers, serving the Marin Civic Center Administration Building and Hall of Justice. The tentative schedule for bid solicitation is Spring 2026, with construction starting in Fall 2026. The engineer’s estimate for construction is in excess of $10M.
