Description

Qualified construction manager to oversee a project consisting of the following improvements to the administration building reconstruction of various office spaces, installation of modular flooring, relining of the underground storm drainage system, overhead abatement, upgrades to the HVAC and fire alarm system and incidental general construction work related to such upgrades. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Written question deadline 03/06/26.
