Note this posting in not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).The Minnesota State Patrol is looking to procure equipment design and hardware for a Minnesota State Patrol owned Bell 407 Helicopter(s). Work is to include the removal of current equipment/hardware and installation of the new equipment/hardware.Following removal of existing equipment/hardware, work under the contract will include design, coordination, and installation of command-and-control computer and controllers, tactical flight officer viewing station, digital internal communication system throughout entire aircraft, installation and integration of external illumination complete system, cellular data and video downlink, and microwave downlink system for data and video.This contract will require on-site support, training, and onboarding of installed equipment.If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, contact Jack Moore atjack.moore@state.mn.usbefore February 27, 2026, at 3:00P.M. Central Time.
