2026 Charleston Air Show Golf Carts

The contractor shall provide a total of sixty-four (64) golf carts and polaris (or equivalent) vehicles to meet aircrew needs for the duration of the joint base charleston air expo, with period of performance beginning 27 april 2026 and ending on 4 may 2026 as outlined in paragraphs 2. 2 and 2. 3. The vehicle breakdown is as follows twenty-four (24) vehicles capable of holding a maximum of 2 people, thirty-two (32) vehicles capable of holding a maximum of 4 people, two, four (4) gator/polaris (or equivalent) vehicles capable of holding a minimum of 4 people, and four (4) gator/ polaris (or equivalent) vehicles with a tow hook that can hold a minimum of 4 people.
