Portland is seeking a commercial kitchen hood, exhaust fan, and makeup air unit for City Hall's kitchen upgrade.

Description

Demolition as needed. Furnish all the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to startup and test all work including a type 1 commercial kitchen hood, exhaust fan and indirect fired gas makeup air unit. Modify existing erv ducting as shown, modify existing refrigerant piping as required for new kitchen exhaust duct installation. Electrical work as required to power equipment. Integration of equipment with existing facp (utilize johnson controls). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions will be due by 12:00 Noon on March 5th, 2026.
