Phased removal of the surface aerators, IMLR pumps, valves, piping, RAS pumps, and related electrical and control equipment. Phased installation of blowers, diffused aeration system, submersible mixers, RAS pumps, IMLR pumps, valves, piping, related structural modifications, electrical, and controls equipment. Installation of course bubble diffusers and related piping, valves, instrumentation, and appurtenances for aerobic digester.
