Description

The furnishing, shipping, assembling, installing, verifying, calibrating, testing, and training of an energy dispersive micro-focusing x- ray fluorescence (µEDXRF) spectrometer with poly-capillary optics to provide a small X-ray spot suitable for nondestructive spectral mapping.
