11th Avenue NE Sewer Extension & Gateway Sewer Replacement Project

The project consists of work to be performed includes Schedule A 11th Avenue Sewer Extension Project Mobilization and cleanup at 11th Avenue near Lincoln Road, Installation of approx. 400 LF of 8" gravity sewer main, Installation of 8 side sewer stub-outs, Installation of 4 sewer manholes, Grind and Overlay on 11th Avenue, Other misc. work to complete the project. Schedule B Gateway Sewer Replacement Project Mobilization and cleanup at the Gateway Church property on Lincoln, Remove approx. 100 LF of existing gravity sewer between two existing manholes, Bypass sewer flows, Install approx. 100 LF of 8" gravity sewer main, Sawcut and remove concrete pavement, Remove, modify and replace landscape island, Restore parking lot with HMA. All work will be located within the City right-of-way or within easements.
