Nantucket Land Bank is seeking building demolition, relocation, and site clearing for future structure relocation.

Description

The partial demolition of existing structures. This includes exterior decks, balconies, porches, stairs and associated railings, interior construction at building 2 unit 2 as indicated on drawings, and all foundations for structures scheduled to be moved. The relocation of existing structures. Structures are to be located on temporary cribbing for future relocation onto permanent foundations. Provide site clearing as indicated on drawings at each site location to accommodate the relocated structures. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
