Pavement Structure, 2" Depth, with Millings to be Retained by Owner, Complete; 10 CY Overexcavation, When Authorized and Where Directed, Complete in Place; 200 SY Bit. Conc. Base Course Replacement, Including Subbase, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, WMA Base Course, PG 64-22, 0.0 to 0.3 Million ESAL's 25.0 mm Mix, 4" Compacted Depth, Where Directed, Complete in Place.
