2026 Utility and Street Reconstruction

Work includes approx 1.190 LF of 10" sanitary sewer sipe SDR 35 PVC, complete; 320 LF of 8" sanitary sewer pipe SDR 35 PVC, complete; 890 LF of 10" storm sewer pipe, PVC, complete; 200 LF of 12" storm sewer pipe. PVC or reinforced concrete class III, complete; 680 LF of 42" storm sewer pipe reinforced concrete class III, complete; 1.200 LF of 6" storm sewer lateral PVC, complete; 1,200 LF of 1" water service, HDPE, complete; 2,850 LF of 30" concrete curb & gutter, remove and replace, undistributed; 1,350 LF of 30" concrete curb & gutter, remove and replace, at intersection, driveways, and short street; 41 VF of 48" sanitary sewer manholes. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Location of the project Short Street, Janet Court, Janet Lane. Completion Date October 30, 2026.
